Smart Quarry LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Quarry platform. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use the Service. By using Quarry, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

We collect the following categories of information:
- Account information: Name, email address, company name, and billing information when you register for the Service.
- Usage data: Log files, IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and actions taken within the Service.
- Lead data you upload or generate: Contact information, property data, communication history, and consent records for the leads you manage in Quarry.
- Communications content: SMS messages, emails, and AI call transcripts generated through the Service.
- Public property records: We ingest publicly available property tax records, MLS data, and related public records for our lead generation features.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and improve the Service;
- Process payments and manage your subscription;
- Send you product updates, support communications, and security alerts;
- Score, rank, and enrich leads on your behalf;
- Generate AI-assisted call scripts and message templates;
- Maintain audit logs required for compliance with communications laws;
- Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents;
- Comply with applicable laws and respond to lawful requests from public authorities.
4. Lead Data and Your Responsibilities
As a user of Quarry, you are the "data controller" for any personal data about your leads that you upload, import, or generate using the Service. We process that data solely on your behalf as a "data processor." You are responsible for:
- Obtaining all necessary consents before initiating SMS messages, voice calls, or email communications;
- Honoring opt-out and Do Not Contact requests promptly;
- Complying with the TCPA, CAN-SPAM Act, state consumer protection laws, and any other laws governing your communications;
- Maintaining accurate records of consent and communication history.
5. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:
- Service providers: Third-party vendors who help us operate the Service (e.g., cloud hosting, payment processors, SMS/voice carriers, AI providers). These vendors are contractually required to protect your data.
- Legal compliance: When required by law, court order, or governmental authority.
- Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with appropriate notice to affected users.
6. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Twilio (SMS/voice), ElevenLabs (AI voice synthesis), Anthropic (AI language models), Supabase (database infrastructure), Stripe (payments), and Resend (email delivery). Your use of the Service involves transmitting certain data to these providers, subject to their respective privacy policies.
7. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Audit logs are retained for a minimum of five (5) years as required for communications law compliance. Lead data is retained until you delete it or close your account. Upon account closure, we will delete or anonymize your data within 90 days, except where longer retention is required by law.
8. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest and in transit, role-based access controls, and regular security reviews. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security and encourage you to use strong, unique passwords and enable two-factor authentication where available.
9. Cookies and Tracking
We use essential cookies to authenticate sessions and remember your preferences (e.g., color theme). We may use analytics cookies to understand how the Service is used and improve it. You can control cookie settings through your browser. Note that disabling certain cookies may affect Service functionality.
10. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data, or to object to certain uses of it. The Service is not directed to individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on this page and updating the effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
